Accreditations:
Ed Arnold is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider (number 450812-08).
Ed is also certified by NCBTMB as a therapist and bodyworker (number 397353-00) and licensed by the state of Arizona USA as a massage therapist. Ed is internationally certified as a personal trainer and sports nutritionist by IFA. Mr. Arnold is also certified by the American Association of Snowboard Instructors at a Level 2. Ed combines is knowledge and experience in eastern and western health, fitness and therapies to deliver a unique approach to complete health and well being for his students and clients.
Thai Massage Level 1 and Level 2 courses are taught in accordance with the requirements of the International Training Massage School (ITM) in Chiang Mai Thailand.
Students who wish may receive a Certificate of Achievement from ITM (for an extra cost). Students successfully completing Thai Massage Level 1 and 2 with East meets West School may continue advanced studies at the ITM School in Thailand.
International Training Massage School (ITM) is one of the first schools in Thailand to teach “Nuad Bo-Rarn” or “The Ancient Art of Thai Massage”. ITM has graduated more than 12,000 students from 127 countries since 1992. ITM also offers a variety of courses in Thai spa therapies in association with ITM’s “Spa Mantra”.
