Health Profile, $10/£10/300 baht
Evaluate your basic health status with blood pressure, weight, body measurements and body composition tests. These tests will provide you with a good benchmark to measure against your health and fitness improvement goals.

Fitness and Flexibility Evaluation,$20/ £20/600 baht
Your strength, endurance and flexibility are evaluated to provide an indication of your fitness level.  You can use these results and your Health Profile as the starting point for a Health Improvement Plan

Diet Evaluation and Meal Plans $60/£60/2,000 baht
Your current diet and calorie intake is compared to your age, gender and activity level to design the appropriate diet plan and calorie requirement for you to achieve your health goals.

Health Assessment and Improvement Plan,$500/ £500/15,000 baht
This comprehensive program is specifically designed for you and includes:

Personal Fitness and Health Coaching, $40/£40/600 bahtper hour
Emphasis in this program is “real life” fitness or “purposeful” training - - that is, fitness that you use everyday such as bending down and twisting simultaneously to pick up groceries or your child or swinging a golf club.  The goal is to learn techniques that you can use at home or outside without having to go to a gym (but you can).  We will primarily use elastic tubes, stability balls and the floor.  Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi will also be incorporated into these sessions.

Tai Chi classes $5/£5/100 baht group per hour, $20/£20/300 baht private per hour
Learn what so many in Asia are doing everyday.  Tai Chi can be practiced as a martial art or for simply the health benefits.  Tai Chi is practiced very slowly to learn the precision of the movements and to create muscle memory – you may be surprised that these apparently simple and elegant movements require strength and flexibility. Tai Chi is fantastic way to learn body awareness and balance.
