Refund Policy:

East meets West will try to accommodate any changes in class or schedule to assist you. Please understand that many of our classes require advanced reservation and payment for facilities and support staff.  Many of our classes are located in other cities and countries which means we do not always have the ability to make changes to schedules or our cost.

We have developed our Refund Policy so that it allows for a refund based on the amount of notification you provide. We know that changes are sometimes unexpected and will do our best to work with you.

East meets West Refund Policy:

      100%            Changes or cancellations made 3 months before class starts.

       75%             Changes or cancellations made 2 month before class starts.

       50%             Changes or cancellations made 1 month before class starts.

       0%               Changes made less than 1 month before a class starts*

 

*Changes made less than 1 month before a class starts may not have any refund.  East meets West accepts registration up to the start date of the class. We will do our best to refund any money we can based upon whether East meets West can recover cost.  We will also work with you to re-schedule your choice of class or substitute another class. All refunds will deduct a 10% administrative charge. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment within 30 days of notiification.
